A week of steady runs, small wins and a surprise PB reminded me that joy in training often appears when you least expect it.

Two weeks of heat, travel and time zones made training messy, but the biggest challenge was the quiet voice in my head. This is what I learned about self talk, patience and getting back into rhythm.

Between flights, heat and humidity, this week proved that training has to fit real life. You can’t control conditions, but you can control your response.

A week of waterfalls, intervals and food battles — a reminder that progress comes from both effort and restraint.

A tough week mentally, sore toes, tired shoes, a mid-run stomach stop and one terrible energy gel — but the reminder was simple: action comes before motivation.
