A week of steady runs, small wins and a surprise PB reminded me that joy in training often appears when you least expect it.

A stunning sunrise run from Altona Pier to Williamstown Beach, Melbourne. Flat route, calm bay views, no wind and a strong finish under 1:40 for 21km.
